As we marked our 20th anniversary in 2025, we drew strength from our past while searching for new paths toward the future. We continued to stand by those most in need in earthquake-affected regions, while also expanding work across various areas under the guidance of local communities. In 2025, Support to Life reached 54,249 individuals.

Even as needs continued to grow and resources increasingly narrowed, we remained committed to reaching those who needed support the most. As we have done for 20 years, we conducted emergency response and recovery operations, carried out disaster risk reduction work focused on climate-related hazards, facilitated individuals' access to their rights, combated child labor, and worked to create livelihood opportunities for people in need.

With the support of our donors and partners, we operated with a budget of 399 million TL; of every 100 liras, 87.7 liras went directly to projects. With a team of 158 people, we continued our work across nine cities where Support to Life offices are located or where project-based activities are carried out.

Our belief that the future of humanitarian aid lies in local leadership grew even stronger this year. We stood alongside 8 local and refugee-led civil society organizations with 323 different forms of support. Through our Locally Led Empowerment program, we supported 44 community initiatives in Hatay, Adıyaman, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya. We helped communities in 18 villages develop their own disaster risk reduction plans. In Marmara Ereğlisi, we established an Emergency Operations Center to strengthen preparedness for potential disasters across the Marmara Region.

As Support to Life, we have spent over 20 years working to reach the most vulnerable individuals in the most urgent situations. As we carry this experience forward, you can become part of our transparent, equitable, and impact-driven work.
