We support displaced and disaster-affected individuals in rebuilding their lives and contribute to the creation of communities that are resilient to disasters and self-sufficient in the long term. We aim to enable them to earn their livelihoods without remaining dependent on aid. To this end, we support the formal employment of individuals, the development of their knowledge and skills, and their professional training by focusing on local needs. We value the inclusiveness of our activities and work to ensure the participation of women, youth, and individuals with disabilities. We value local knowledge and capacity and encourage communities to actively participate in decision-making processes. We incorporate social cohesion into our projects to build trust and mutual understanding among communities. We also focus on social inclusion to facilitate access to services for disadvantaged individuals. We collaborate with partners in the public, civil society, and private sectors.
