Aylin Gezgüç holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University and an MBA degree from the Haas Scool of Business of University of California at Berkeley. She is the founder of ARBOR Utility Design and Board Member of Support to Life. She uses her experience in public and private sector on economic and social development issues with a focus on construction of business collaborations and works on utility design to create common value. She has harvested her experience in the public sector she transferred to this field from her work in funding of development at the Prime Ministry's Undersecretariat of Treasury, corporate social responsibility projects in the private sector and volunteer and management positions in non-governmental organizations. She designed and managed effective and awarded works in areas of volunteerism, corporate change, social impact, rights-based approach and investment in disadvantaged groups in projects such as Vocational Education: A Crucial Matter for the Nation and HeforShe. She offers consultancy support in social and corporate investment and brand architecture issues for private and civil society organizations such as McKinsey, TUSİAD, Zorlu Holding and HFE Foundation, and international organizations such as ILO and UNDP. As ACPC, she carries out team coaching works by means of individual coaching, sociocracy and deep democracy.
